10am-11am: The Future of Clubs in a Post COVID world.

Contactless experiences were already on the way, now they're a requirement and here to stay. But the club challenge of creating memorable member experiences has to extend on and off club grounds. Hear how leading clubs are continuing to innovate and maintain growth while still incorporating safety, contact tracing, and elevated new member experience expectations.

11am-12pm: Run Your Club in Real-Time

When life throws the inevitable curveball, whether it's a pandemic or a frost delay, it's essential that you communicate with your members and staff in real-time. To create the experience your members desire, you need to build a service culture through your staff and operations. It's also imperative that you scale and adjust your operations around the behavior of your members and availability of your staff. In this panel discussion, discover ways clubs have leveraged technology, especially mobile, to gain insight in order to pivot and manage their club operations in real-time in this timely session.
Presenters: Stephanie Leli and Ashely Cronan with Clubessential

12pm-1pm: Break for lunch and virtual networking

1pm-2pm: Trends in 2021

Expectations around member experience have been abruptly redefined over the last 8 months. Safety standards, contactless interaction, and smaller group experiences have all become a requirement for private club members. In 2021 we expect trends outside the club industry to make their way into the expectations of members and the day-to-day operations. Join us as we dive into changes associated with an increased demand for security measures, food ordering and delivery, fitness and coaching, management of operations and personnel from mobile devices, and the changing role of mobile apps from transactional tools to community engagement enhancers.

What Your Board Needs to Hear
The nimbleness of decision-making required in 2020 has set a new precedence for best practices for boards and club leadership. Leading clubs provide their boards with transparency into essential analytics – but data alone does not equate to insight. What does it all mean? Club management must deliver reporting that connects the operational, experiential, and utilization data points across the club. In this session, we'll hear from Club and Board leadership on the essential tools and processes needed to own data, make, and communicate data-driven decisions.

Only 25% of clubs are growing with a purpose. As the club environment changes only clubs with a clear vision will survive.
