ABOUT THE SPEAKERS:  | | Carrie Eyler, Boelter Director of Business Development As the Director of Private Clubs, Carrie leads the club segment of Boelter from design to supply. She focuses on business development, building relationships and championing customer success all through the vein of strategic capital foodservice planning within the private club industry nationwide. She brings over a decade of organizational leadership and food and beverage operations management experience. Prior to her start with Boelter, she served as the Assistant General Manager of Interlachen Country Club in Edina, MN where she helped lead a team of more than 380 associates and took an active role in driving operational excellence and innovation across departments. Since joining Interlachen in 2014, Carrie served in several capacities and has been a part of more than $80 million dollars of capital improvements. Carrie's true passion lies in building and developing high performing teams and charting exceptional customer (member/guest) experiences ---particularly centered around food and beverage. Carrie and her husband, Brian are the busy parents of three, Thomas (7), John (5), and Mary (3). |
